Gradguru Innovations offers a wide range of courses available both online and offline. The scope of services and payment terms may vary depending on the course you select. Please note that all payments made to Gradguru Innovations are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of payment, regardless of the reason.
Important: Refunds are not applicable for any discounted seats or promotional offers on any program. For courses purchased at the listed website price, refund requests must be submitted via email within 24 hours of payment to support@gradguru.in. Failure to send the request within this time frame may result in forfeiture of the refund.
Course details and pricing information are available on our website. By registering for a course, you agree to pay the specified fee according to the pricing outlined. When making a payment, you must provide accurate and valid payment information, including credit/debit card or net banking details, and confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement with Gradguru Innovations.
